About PETTAS

Mission

Living with a pet is a constant stream of small observations and decisions. The time you gave that medication, an unusual drop in appetite, a single sentence from the last vet visit — each of these moments is a building block of their future. PETTAS exists to turn that stream from memory into record. The more you record, the deeper you understand them. The deeper you understand them, the easier it is to keep going. Our mission is to place that virtuous loop in the hands of every owner.

Why PETTAS Exists

PETTAS is an independent product built by a single developer in their spare time. The first trigger was watching pet owners around me wrestle with scattered information. Fear of missing medication doses. Struggling to share information with family. Hunting for receipts for insurance claims. Existing apps each covered only part of the problem, and juggling them was painful. The second motivation was respect for every owner's level of devotion. The person who goes to the vet weekly and the person who only visits once a year are both driven by the same wish: to keep this little one healthy. I wanted to build a tool that supports that wish at whatever pace an owner can sustain — no right answer required. So I began building a single app that brings all the essentials into one place.

• Privacy first — Information about your pets and family is deeply personal. All data is encrypted, and we never share it with third parties or use it for advertising.
• Sustainable pricing — Core features stay free. Development is funded by our premium tiers — never by ads.
• Transparent development — Feature additions, fixes, and roadmaps are shared as openly as possible.

Our Vision

PETTAS is not just a management app — it's a place where the relationship between an owner and their pet can be preserved across time. In the short term, we're unifying medications, vet visits, health records, and daily journals into a shared family foundation. In the medium term, we're bringing AI-driven early trend detection and safe integrations with pet insurance and veterinary clinics. And beyond that, we see social infrastructure for pet welfare: evacuating with pets during disasters, reuniting lost animals faster, and carrying lifelong medical history forward. The data each owner builds with PETTAS will one day become the bedrock on which society protects pets. One step at a time, built together with pet owners.
