1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information through the Service:
1.1 Account Information
- Name and email address
- Google account information (when using Google authentication)
1.2 Pet Information
- Pet name, species, breed, sex, date of birth, weight
- Microchip number
- Medication records, vaccination history, vet visit records, diary entries
- Pet photos
1.3 Payment Information
Credit card information is not stored on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

- Providing and operating the Service
- Sending medication reminders and other notifications
- Subscription management and payment processing
- Service improvement and new feature development
- Responding to inquiries
3. Information Sharing
We do not share users' personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- With user consent
- When required by law
- With service providers necessary for operation (Stripe, Turso, etc.)
4. AI Analysis Features
Our AI health analysis feature sends pet health data (medication records, vet visit records, weight trends, diary entries, etc.) to Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis results.
- Personal information (name, email, etc.) is not included in the data sent
- AI analysis is only performed when explicitly initiated by the user
- Please refer to Anthropic's privacy policy for their data handling practices
5. Push Notifications
We send medication reminders, vaccination due date alerts, diary reminders, and other notifications through the Web Push API.
- Browser permission is required to receive notifications
- Each notification type can be toggled on/off from the Settings page
- You can set quiet hours to pause notifications during specified times
- You can unsubscribe from notifications anytime through your browser settings
6. Family Sharing
Users invited as family members can access pet information (profiles, medication records, health records, etc.) within the same family group. Joining a family is voluntary through an invite code, and users can leave the family at any time.
7. Data Storage
User data is stored on Turso's database service. Image data is stored on Cloudflare R2. Data is managed with appropriate security measures.
8. Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their data at any time using the following methods:
- Log in to PETTAS, then request deletion from 'Delete Account' in the Settings page
- Send a deletion request via email to support@pettas.tech
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted within 30 days:
- Account information (name, email address, authentication credentials)
- Pet information (profiles, medication records, vet visit records, vaccination records, diary entries, weight records)
- Uploaded image data
- AI analysis reports
- Push notification subscriptions
- Data collected through social media integrations
After receiving a deletion request, we will send a confirmation email. Payment-related records may be retained for the legally required period.
9. Cookies & Analytics
The Service uses cookies to manage authentication sessions. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to anonymously collect usage data for service improvement. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze user behavior but does not collect personally identifiable information.
To opt out of Google Analytics data collection, please use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
