Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions of use for PETTAS ("the Service"). Registered users ("Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a web application that supports pet health management. It provides the following features:

• Pet profile management
• Medication schedule management & reminder notifications
• Vaccination history, weight records & vet visit management
• Family information sharing
• Pet diary
• AI health analysis reports (Premium plan)
• Insurance claim support (Premium plan)
• Emergency card generation

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

The Service does not provide medical treatment. Always follow your veterinarian's instructions for medication and treatment. Notifications such as weight alerts are for reference only and do not constitute a diagnosis. AI health analysis results are for reference only and do not replace veterinary diagnosis.

Article 4 (Pricing & Subscriptions)

The Service offers a Free plan and Premium plans (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime). Premium plan payments are processed through Stripe.

• Monthly Premium: ¥480/month (auto-renewal)
• Annual Premium: ¥3,800/year (auto-renewal)
• Lifetime: ¥9,800 (one-time payment)

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial period. During the trial, all Premium plan features are available. No credit card is required. After the trial ends, your account automatically switches to the Free plan with no charges.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page. After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of your current billing period. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will address individual cases where the service was unavailable due to technical issues.

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)

• Actions that violate laws or public order
• Unauthorized access to other users' information
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access

Article 6 (Service Changes & Termination)

The operator may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice to Users. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice whenever possible.

Article 7 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
